We are the ones to qualify potential buyers, explain the full features and benefits of your property, or answer the questions a cooperating agent may have for their buyers.
When your home is listed in the multiple listing service, it will be exposed to thousands of real estate agents. According to the 2004 National Association of REALTORS Profile of Homebuyers and Sellers, 90% of buyers used a real estate agent in their search. We fully cooperate with other real estate brokerages for the benefit of our buyers and sellers.
